Dreams of Helping You Stay in the Game

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams, live the life you've imagined"

One of my favorite quotes (I even have it as a fridge magnet so I never forget!). But it can be difficult to go anywhere when faced with an injury!

Have you ever had to stop doing something you love because of an injury? So have I! Physiotherapy once helped me get back into the dance studio after a bad knee injury. There began my love for this profession and a passion for helping people stay in the game. Over the past 7 years, I have focused on helping people with orthopaedic and sport injuries return to the activities they love most.

I strive to offer the best care to my patients and have begun wondering how I can improve my contact with the public and fellow health care practitioners. Genrenaudphysio.ca was developed as a platform to share my treating philosophy, stay in contact with my patients and help share knowledge and resources.

Come back often to find helpful blogs on subjects ranging from exercise and health to posture and injury prevention. Helpful links and articles will also be posted here while guest bloggers will share their knowledge on health and fitness. Follow me on Instagram to get an inside look into the life of a sport physiotherapist as I post snippets during my experiences at event coverage. Join me on Pinterest for a look into my (completely unrelated) Martha Stewart side!

Have any questions, comments or ideas for an upcoming blog post? Please contact me directly at mail@genrenaudphysio.ca! I look forward to hearing from you and helping you stay in the game!
