Strong Dancer

Want long extensions, strong leaps & jumps, balanced pirouettes, and enough endurance to get through choreography? The Strong Dancer is a fun and challenging class that works on the specific needs of dancers and artistic athletes. I combine strength training with yoga and Pilates to build strong, resilient dancers.

It’s everything I wish I had when I was a competitive dancer!

I created the Strong Dancer program to provide a fun & safe environment for young dancers to develop a positive relationship with exercise, build body awareness, and improve recovery capacity.
